In the CCAI Platform portal, go to Developer Settings and use API Credential management to add an API credential. The docs explicitly say to "Add an API credential" there for API use. Some endpoint docs refer to an API user token used as a password, while the SMS API docs mention an API key/secret pair created from the same area.
