On the Accor developer portal, create a Team and then an App, then request access to the Authentication API and provide your redirect_uri. The app registration gives you an appId/client_id; the token exchange docs require client_id plus client_secretKey for Basic auth to https://login.accor.com/as/token.oauth2.
