Create an account on the Accor developer portal, then create an app from your basket/team area to get an API key. The homepage says you can "create your app to get your API key," and API auth docs say you must create a Team and then an App on the portal; request access to the specific API from its product page when required.
On the Accor developer portal, create a Team and then an App, then request access to the Authentication API and provide your redirect_uri. The app registration gives you an appId/client_id; the token exchange docs require client_id plus client_secretKey for Basic auth to https://login.accor.com/as/token.oauth2.
