Contact ZipRecruiter ATS Integrations to register as a partner. Per the Partner Integration Toolkit, the flow is: register as a partner, receive an API key, then use it in the Authorization header as Basic YOUR_API_KEY as described in Authentication. If your HTTP client asks for Basic Auth username/password, the docs say to decode the key they provide.
