Get an AppID from the DS.API application ID management page at dsapi.yahoo.co.jp/appid. The DS.LAB startup guide says to first register an application ID via 【利用する】アプリケーションIDを登録, and the common-spec page says AppID is obtained from the API application ID management screen.
