In My Webex Apps, choose Create a New App → Create an Integration. After registration, Webex shows a Client ID and Client Secret once. Use those to run the OAuth 2.0 authorization code flow against https://webexapis.com/v1/authorize, with a registered redirect URI and the scopes your app needs. The resulting bearer access token is sent to Webex APIs and MCP servers.
