In Google Cloud Console, create an OAuth 2.0 client ID for your application, configure the OAuth consent screen as described in Configure OAuth consent, and request Vault scopes from Choose scopes such as https://www.googleapis.com/auth/ediscovery or https://www.googleapis.com/auth/ediscovery.readonly. The calling Google Workspace account must also have the required Google Vault privileges noted in the Vault API reference.
