Authentication

Personal Access Token bearer discovered Get token ↗

Authorization: Bearer <credential>

You need an Up account. Open the Up app on your phone, go to the Up tab, open Data sharing, tap Personal Access Token, and follow the prompts; or visit api.up.com.au/getting_started and scan the QR code from the app. The token is only shown when created, so copy it somewhere secure. If needed, generate a replacement or revoke the existing token from the same Data sharing screen in the app.
