Fitbit Plus says it will provide customers with unique client credentials for each integration. Request credentials from Fitbit Plus/Twine Health for your organization, then exchange the client credentials for an access token via the OAuth token endpoint described in the Fitbit Plus API spec. The spec documents client_credentials and refresh_token grants and organization/group scopes.
