Create a developer account at Ticketmaster Developer registration. The docs say you receive an API key when you sign up, and that registration gives instant access to the Discovery and Commerce APIs. Use that key as the apikey query parameter where required.
For partner-only APIs, request access through the Ticketmaster developer portal or contact support. Ticketmaster’s docs describe approved/partner access for commerce and transactional APIs, but the publicly available pages/specs do not fully document the exact self-service credential issuance flow. The Commerce spec shows requests can carry an API key plus an access token together, or either value in query parameters.
