Create OAuth credentials in Google Cloud Console API Credentials or use an existing Google Cloud identity/service account flow to obtain an access token for Google APIs. Enable the Storage Transfer API for your project and request an access token with an appropriate Google Cloud scope; Google API client libraries and gcloud auth application-default login can also provide these tokens.
