In Google Cloud Console, create or select a project, enable the Google Slides API, configure the OAuth consent screen as described in Configure OAuth consent, then create OAuth client credentials from APIs & Services → Credentials → Create credentials → OAuth client ID. Use the resulting client ID/client secret to obtain Google OAuth access tokens with Slides scopes such as https://www.googleapis.com/auth/presentations or https://www.googleapis.com/auth/presentations.readonly.
