Create an app in Your Apps, configure the scopes your integration needs under OAuth & Permissions, then install the app to a workspace or Enterprise org to obtain Slack access tokens. For Slack's standard install flow, follow Installing with OAuth; the authorize URL is https://slack.com/oauth/v2/authorize and the app's client_id comes from your app settings.
