sider.ai exposes seven known MCP servers on `*.chatgptapps.sider.ai/mcp`: six require Sider OAuth and one (Outliner) appears public; I found no public REST, GraphQL, or CLI developer surface for the domain.

I could not find a standalone developer console or app-registration page on sider.ai.
