Go to カラーミーショップデベロッパー, create an app/application, and register a redirect URI. For the CLI quickstart, the docs say to register http://127.0.0.1/callback and then copy the displayed Client ID and Client Secret. The same developer app is also used for OAuth access to the カラーミーショップ API and アプリストアAPI; request the scopes your integration needs during the OAuth authorization flow.
