Create or use a Google Cloud project in the Google Cloud Console, enable the Security Command Center API, then obtain an access token using Google Cloud Application Default Credentials or by creating OAuth client credentials from APIs & Services > Credentials. The REST methods shown for Security Command Center require the OAuth scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/cloud-platform.
