Request access to the SAS Portal API first; Google states the API is available by invitation only and the support forum directs users to contact sas-api-support@google.com. After access is granted, create or use an OAuth client in the Google Cloud Console and obtain a user access token with scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email for a SAS Portal user account.
