Request API credentials from the Rightmove Data Feed Team as described in Authentication. Rightmove issues separate client_id and client_secret for pre-production and production. Use them with OAuth 2.0 client_credentials to obtain an access token from https://api-services.adftest.rightmove.com/oauth/token (pre-production token URL shown in docs); scopes are not required according to the docs.
