Reloadly Utility Payments API

Create a Reloadly account via registration, then sign in to the Reloadly dashboard. Toggle between LIVE and TEST mode in the sidebar, then go to Developers > API settings to copy your client_id and client_secret for that environment. Use those client credentials with grant_type=client_credentials at https://auth.reloadly.com/oauth/token, setting the audience to the product base URL you want to call, such as https://topups.reloadly.com, https://giftcards.reloadly.com, or https://utilities.reloadly.com.
