Use the Porter CLI to mint or reuse a token. The easiest path is to install the CLI, run porter auth login for browser-based sign-in, then run porter config to view the PORTER_TOKEN, PORTER_PROJECT, and PORTER_CLUSTER values used for CI/CD. You can also log in directly with an existing token via `porter auth login --token`.
