Google Play Developer Reporting provides programmatic access to reporting and Android vitals data for apps in a Google Play developer account. It is used for internal reporting, analysis, and automation around Play Console app quality metrics.
Public MCP endpoint at `/mcp` plus a REST API at `https://playdeveloperreporting.googleapis.com/` for Google Play Developer Reporting data; the REST API uses Google OAuth 2.0 service-account access tokens.

Create a Google Cloud project in Google Cloud Console, enable the Google Play Developer Reporting API, then create a service account from the Service Accounts page. In Google Play Console Users & Permissions, invite that service account email and grant the minimum needed rights. Use the service account to mint an OAuth 2.0 access token with scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/playdeveloperreporting.
