X-Auth-Token: <credential>

Use a PatientView username/password to call /auth/login; the API description says this returns a token that must be sent on subsequent requests in the X-Auth-Token header. The currently public page at PatientView API docs only states that PatientView has closed down, so this flow is documented only via the preserved OpenAPI document at APIs.guru.
