Register your third-party provider software using the Open Banking Dynamic Client Registration process described in the DCR specification. The Open Banking standards site lists DCR alongside the Read/Write API specifications on its API Specifications page. After registration with an ASPSP, obtain OAuth 2.0 access tokens from that ASPSP's authorization server using the Open Banking security profile; the API specs use Bearer Authorization tokens with scopes such as accounts, payments, and fundsconfirmations. Token and registration endpoints are ASPSP-specific rather than a single global Open Banking endpoint.
