Okteto CLI browser login session oauth2 discovered

$ okteto context use https://<your-instance>

Install the CLI using the Install the Okteto CLI guide, then point it at your instance with okteto context use https://<your-instance>. Per the developer quickstart, this opens a browser so you can authenticate with the method configured by your organization (for example GitHub or SSO). After that, the CLI is configured for that instance.
