Go to the MoSPI API Platform and use the User Registration flow (/api/users/usersignup) to create an account with your email and password. Then call the login endpoint described in the CPI API User Manual or WPI API User Manual to obtain a token; the CPI manual says this access token is valid for 15 minutes.
