Mono provides open banking, payments, and identity verification products for businesses. Its products let companies connect customer financial accounts, initiate payments, and run identity or business verification checks.
mono.co exposes a documented REST API at https://api.withmono.com authenticated with a Mono secret key; the site also documents client SDKs for embedding Mono Connect, but no separate GraphQL API, MCP server, or CLI was found for mono.co endpoints.

Sign in to the Mono dashboard, open Apps, and create an app as described in Creating an App. Mono says each app is created in sandbox mode by default and test public and secret keys are generated automatically; use the app page or Get API keys to retrieve your Secret key. The Environments page says sandbox and production use the same API base URL, with the environment determined by which keys you send.
