Marqo is an AI-native ecommerce search and product discovery platform for retailers. It powers catalog search, recommendations, merchandising, analytics, event tracking, and conversational or visual discovery experiences.
Marqo exposes four public HTTP API surfaces: the main ecommerce Search & Discovery API, a separate Analytics API, an Event Tracking ingestion API, and an Image Detection API; no public GraphQL, MCP, or CLI surface was documented.

Sign in to Marqo Cloud and open the API Keys section in the left navigation, as described in Find and Manage Your Marqo API Keys. You can copy the default key or create a new scoped key with Admin, Read-Write, or Read scope via + New API Key.
Contact your Marqo representative to obtain the event tracking apiKey, as described in the Marqo Event Tracking API Guide. This key is distinct from the main Marqo index API key.
Contact your Marqo representative to obtain an Image Detection API key, as described in the Image Detection API Documentation. If you do not already have one, the docs direct you to book a demo or reach out to Marqo.
