In Logto Console Applications, create an application of type Machine-to-machine. Assign M2M roles that include the needed Management API permissions (for the built-in Management API, include the all permission). Copy the app's App ID and App Secret from the application details. These are sent to the tenant token endpoint using HTTP Basic auth to obtain an access token.
