Add the LiftTrack MCP server URL https://mcp.lifttrackapp.com in an MCP-capable client such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Claude Code, or Gemini CLI, then sign in with your LiftTrack account when prompted, as described in How To Connect LiftTrack to Your AI Assistant. The client opens a browser window for LiftTrack sign-in on first use and stores the resulting session/token until it expires.
