In the Learnifier administrator interface, go to Settings → API, click activate, and copy the API key. Learnifier support docs explicitly say customers must set up API authorization via keys, and some integrations instruct admins to retrieve the key from that screen. For full-access Public API synchronization, Learnifier says the keys must be Back Office keys. See Teamtailor setup, Public API syncing, and the main API page.
