IP2Proxy is a service for detecting whether an IP address is associated with proxies, VPNs, Tor exit nodes, data centers, and related anonymity networks. It also returns related metadata such as country, ISP, domain, usage type, and threat indicators for the queried IP.
IP2Proxy exposes one public developer integration surface: a REST HTTP Proxy Detection API at `https://api.ip2proxy.com`, documented by an OpenAPI spec and authenticated with a query-parameter API key.

Go to the IP2Proxy Proxy Detection Web Service page. The docs state that each user account gets one unique API key for the web service, and that you can request a trial or purchase credits there. The request syntax uses key={YOUR_API_KEY} against api.ip2proxy.com.
