Sign in at the Intel Trusted Services API portal, subscribe to the relevant service from the Products page, then use the Ocp-Apim-Subscription-Key shown in your portal profile/subscription. The docs say a subscription is required for some endpoints and Intel support pages refer to this header as the access key for the API.
