Go to Manage Access from the ImmoScout24 API Developer Portal. Log in with an existing ImmoScout24 account or create one; the docs note that non-business accounts cannot be used for API access. Create API client credentials there to obtain your OAuth 1.0a consumer key and consumer secret.
