Enable the Idea Hub API in the Google Cloud API Library. Then obtain a Google OAuth 2.0 access token using a Google Cloud project and OAuth client or service account through Google's standard auth flows; use a token with the scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/ideahub. The API is documented as invitation-only, so access may require separate allowlisting by Google.
