Get a Google Cloud access token by signing in with the Google Cloud CLI and printing a token, e.g. run gcloud auth application-default login or gcloud auth login, then gcloud auth application-default print-access-token or gcloud auth print-access-token. For non-user automation you can also use a Google Cloud service account with Application Default Credentials.
