Hetzner Cloud is Hetzner's infrastructure cloud platform for managing resources such as servers, volumes, load balancers, networks, and related services. It provides programmatic access for provisioning and operating those cloud resources.
Hetzner Cloud exposes a REST HTTP API at `https://api.hetzner.cloud/v1` authenticated with project API tokens, plus the official `hcloud` CLI for interacting with the same cloud service.

In the Hetzner Cloud Console, open your project, go to Security → API tokens, choose Generate API token, select Read or Read & Write, and copy the token immediately because it is only shown once. Tokens are project-bound, so create a separate token for each project you want to access. The docs show using it as Authorization: Bearer <token>.
