App-Id and App-Key compound

Request API application credentials from Hetras/your hotel-chain Hetras administrator for the certification environment. The published OpenAPI specs show both App-Id and App-Key are required on requests to api.hetras-certification.net, but I could not find a current public self-service provisioning page for minting them. The historical upstream spec source referenced by APIs.guru was developer.hetras.com swagger spec, which now returns 404.
