Sign in to the HERE platform, open Access Manager, select your app, then on Credentials → API Keys click Create API key. The IAM guide for API keys explains that API keys are created per app and are sent as the apiKey request parameter.

Create or select an app in HERE platform Access Manager, configure OAuth credentials for that app, then request an access token as described in How to authorize with OAuth 2.0 and Manage API and OAuth access. HERE bearer tokens are app-specific, are sent in the Authorization: Bearer header, and by default can last up to 24 hours.
