healthcare.googleapis.com exposes a Google Cloud Healthcare REST API at `https://healthcare.googleapis.com/v1` plus a `gcloud healthcare` CLI surface; both use Google Cloud OAuth 2.0 access tokens.

Create or use a Google Cloud project, enable the Cloud Healthcare API, then obtain an access token using Google Cloud authentication such as gcloud auth application-default login, gcloud auth login, or a service account as described in Authenticate to the Cloud Healthcare API. The API accepts OAuth scopes https://www.googleapis.com/auth/cloud-healthcare or https://www.googleapis.com/auth/cloud-platform shown in the discovery document.
