In GovTribe MCP, enable credits if prompted, then choose Create Key, enter a name, and save the key when GovTribe shows it. GovTribe's developer guides say MCP access requires a GovTribe account with MCP access and credits enabled; if exposed, revoke the key from GovTribe MCP.
