Sign in to the GoDaddy Developer Portal API Keys page. Create an API key pair there. The first key you create is a test key for the OTE environment at https://api.ote-godaddy.com; when you are ready for production, create a separate production key pair for https://api.godaddy.com, as described in Get Started.
