In the Google Cloud Console Credentials page, create OAuth 2.0 client credentials for your project, after enabling the Postmaster Tools API in your Google Cloud project as described in Set up the API. Configure the OAuth consent screen if prompted, then use the client to obtain user access tokens with Postmaster Tools scopes such as https://www.googleapis.com/auth/postmaster, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/postmaster.domain, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/postmaster.traffic.readonly, or https://www.googleapis.com/auth/postmaster.user depending on the method.
