Create or use a Google Cloud principal with access to the GKE Hub API, then obtain an OAuth 2.0 access token for the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/cloud-platform scope. For local/user access, follow Authenticate for using REST. For application access, set up Application Default Credentials using a service account or attached workload identity so Google client libraries can mint tokens automatically.
