Use OAuth for Gainsight APIs to create an OAuth application in Gainsight with your callback URL, then complete the authorization-code flow to obtain a bearer access token (and refresh token if needed). For MCP, the setup page says all integrations require user-level OAuth 2.1 with PKCE enabled in Gainsight CS.
