In Claude, go to Settings → Connectors, choose Function Health, and click Connect. Claude redirects you to Function Health to sign in and authorize access, then stores and refreshes the access token automatically. The connector docs say the granted scopes are read:health_summary, read:biomarkers, and read:action_plan, and that the flow uses OAuth 2.0 with PKCE.
