Create an account in the Foxit Developer Portal, then in the dashboard open Orders, choose a plan for the API you want (PDF Services API, Document Generation API, or PDF Embed API), and obtain the API credentials Foxit issues there. Foxit’s docs say registering in the developer portal gives access to the dashboard and API credentials; PDF Embed access may require contacting sales from the dashboard flow.
Create and activate a developer account in the Foxit eSign Portal. In the eSign settings/API area, generate an access token as described in the Foxit eSign API documentation. The docs state this is a separate account and dashboard from the main Foxit Developer Portal, and that you include the resulting ACCESS_TOKEN in request headers for eSign API calls.
