In the Google Cloud Console credentials page, create a project or select an existing one, enable the Google Forms API, then create an OAuth client ID. Configure the OAuth consent screen using Configure OAuth consent. Use the resulting OAuth 2.0 client to obtain Google access tokens for the Forms API scopes your app needs.
