Authorization: Bearer <credential>

For server-to-server or user-authorized access to Google Cloud APIs, create credentials in Google Cloud Console API & Services > Credentials or use an existing Google Cloud service account / Application Default Credentials. Then obtain an OAuth 2.0 access token with the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/cloud-platform scope, as required by Essential Contacts method docs.
