Contact Center AI Insights is a Google Cloud service for analyzing contact center conversations and related customer-experience data. It provides resources for conversations, analysis, metrics, settings, and related insights within Google Cloud projects and locations.
Google Contact Center AI Insights exposes a REST API at `https://contactcenterinsights.googleapis.com/` authenticated with Google Cloud OAuth access tokens, plus a public MCP endpoint at `https://contactcenterinsights.googleapis.com/mcp`.

Enable the Contact Center AI Insights API in your Google Cloud project, then obtain a Google Cloud access token with the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/cloud-platform scope. The easiest path for local development is to sign in with the Google Cloud CLI and create Application Default Credentials using `gcloud auth application-default login`, then print a token with gcloud auth application-default print-access-token. For production, use a service account or another Google Cloud authentication method described in Authenticate for using REST.
