Sign in to the Commure Scout API Portal with your account. The portal states that after signing in you can view your API key and access the API documentation.
Contact Commure support to enable SCIM for your site, then Commure generates a site-specific bearer token and provides it to your point of contact. Configure your IdP with base URL https://rcm-api.athelas.com/v1/scribe/scim/v2/ and the bearer token as described in the SCIM Provisioning guide.
